El Nino: Stormy Weather for People and Wildlife ReviewAll well that ends well........ Thats the experience I had and in the end I'm happy to use the service of Amazon. I ordered this book 'El Nino' long back in December, it was scheduled to reach me in the following month by end of january but somehow it didn't reach at all. I wrote back to Amazon and they took the action instantaneously, they re-ordered my book, re-shipped and upgraded the shipping/postal option. Actually for the second time I didn't have to pay at all. And in the end the book finally reached me and in good condition........ so im happy with the product and Amazon service.
