I mean really, what planet does the author and his editor live on? Plus there's Taco Belle (try Taco Bell) and Leland Standford of San Francisco. It's Stanford, as in Stanford University. A little research would have uncovered these and many other errors too numerous to mention. I finally gave up reading the book. In addition to all of the errors, it was just idiotic.
