Sharing Atmosphere ReviewI'm very excited about this book. It's my first science fiction novel. And besides the paperback, there is also a Kindle version.
The idea is this: Celine Island is under quarantine. For the past year a disruption of physical laws has occurred. Solid objects have become transparent, some hovering in the air or moving all on their own, others altering their shapes. The weather has radically changed, a climatic onslaught of floods, storms and high winds have left the island in the throes of disease and death. A visitor has come to Celine, disturbing the natural balance of the world, and willing to destroy it to save his own.
So the novel is about the multiverse. It's always been a fascination of mine and this novel is the outcome of that interest.
I've published over a hundred short stories worldwide. I write mostly "literary" stories. These stories have appeared in Glimmer Train, The Baltimore Review, The North Atlantic Review, and Crazyhorse to name a few. But I have also published science fiction, dark fantasy and crime stories. A collection of these tales will be coming out next year (Spring/Summer 2012) under the title Loving You the Way I Do (Black Lawrence). My other novel is a thriller called Scar Keeper (also available on Amazon). And since I am tooting my own horn, I was nominated for a Pushcart Prize, and I won the Editors Circle Award in Best New Writing.
Why did I give this novel five stars? Well what writer wouldn't give his book five stars?
