I was looking for a navigation guide book thats easy to read and comprehend and Im so happy that I stumbled across this hidden gem. This book dosnt seem to have a single wasted paragraph, everything is useful information. Other navigation books that ive read through appear to over simplify directions or fail to explian why certain steps are important. Yet, even with his thorough explanations, Robert L. Mooers still manages to give the reading a light feel. Nothing was too dense, I did not feel like i needed a break to let info sink in.
I also love the small size/lightweight quality of this book. It easily fits into pockets and is something that i always bring on my weekend adventures into the wild.
